Product Orders
Prices and availability of the products are subject to change without any prior notice. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order. In the event that your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue a credit to your credit card account timely with a mutual agreement.
Product Return
We endeavour to develop safe and potent products with one aim: your complete satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase through this website, return it to us within 45 days from the date of purchase for a complete refund or exchange. The following conditions apply:
Only one opened package of any product is eligible for return. When returning more than one package of the same item, the same must be factory sealed to qualify for a refund.
All returns must be authorized with us by email prior to returning any merchandise.
Unless agreed mutually, you will be responsible to pay for any shipping and handling costs incurred during you ship back the product(s).
Refunds will be issued only upon receipt of the returned products.
You must notify us immediately if any product is received either damaged or defective. We will immediately replace any damaged or defective merchandise and a “Return Label” will be enclosed for the defective items to be returned back to us. Even we offer to replace the damaged items at our expense, but all voluntary returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense.
